event booking process
Step 1. Inquire
Fill out the event inquiry form. We’ll reach out to schedule a consult call to discuss design ideas, pricing, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2. Custom Mood Board & Estimate
SK Floral Design will craft a custom mood board and estimate for you based feedback from your inquiry form and our consult call.
Step 3. Booking
We’ll send you a fine-tuned proposal and a contract. Once the contract is signed and the booking fee paid, your date is reserved.
Step 4. Final Details
We are available for communication throughout your planning process. We’ll do a final check-in one month prior to your event date to confirm the details and make any last-minute adjustments.
Step 5. Event Day
We’ll make sure every bloom is showing at its best and placed to perfection.

The minimum price point is $500 for events.
(This would typically be for 5 small centerpieces or 1 small - medium statement installation.)

Events must be booked at least 1 month in advance to ensure product availability. Please note that dates are not reserved until the contract is signed and the booking fee is paid.

Delivery and set up is included and you will see this as a line item in your contract.
We deliver to Denver and the south suburban area. Events outside of this zone may have increased delivery fees.
Strike* can be included in the contract, however SK Floral Design may not be available until next day depending on the time and location of the event.
*Strike is the clean up at the end of the event. This would include the removal of any rented items and any flowers not taken by guests.

We are able to provide some tabletop decor including candles. We do not provide items such as linens, chargers, dishes, or cutlery.
